Defence College

The works comprise the construction of a 3-storey specialized military defense college building titled National Defense College at BAF with an approximate built-up area of 10,000 m2. The facilities so constructed shall consist of Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor and will have all associated necessary services such as Electrical, HVAC, Water supply, Drainage, Telephone and MODNET, PA System, Video and Audio System, CCTV System, Fire Fighting System and Equipment, External Services and works including tarmac roads and car park, bridge (or Culvert), landscaping, boundary wall, etc
